One-Pot Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 6 oz no-boil lasagna noodles (broken to fit)
  • 1 cup ground beef (or turkey)
  • 1 ½ cups marinara sauce
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup ricotta or cottage cheese
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Add ground beef directly into the inner pot. Press the Cook switch and sauté until fully browned, stirring occasionally. Drain excess fat if needed.
  2. Add marinara sauce, water, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir to combine.
  3. Layer in broken lasagna noodles, then add dollops of ricotta and a handful of mozzarella. Repeat layers and finish with mozzarella on top.
  4. Close the lid and press Cook. Let it cook until the switch pops up (about 35–45 minutes).
  5. Let the lasagna rest on Keep Warm for 10 minutes before serving.
