Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tsp instant dashi granules
  • 3 tbsp red miso paste
  • 2 tbsp dried wakame
  • 7 oz soft or silken tofu, cubed
  • Green onions, thinly sliced (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Pour hot water into the rice cooker pot. Press COOK bottom.
  2. Add tofu and dashi granules.
  3. Once the water is simmer, stir in the miso paste until dissolved.
  4. Add the dried wakame and let it cook until the seaweed expands.
  5. Switch to Keep Warm, garnish with green onions, and serve.
