Chicken Cilantro Mini Wonton Soup

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups frozen chicken cilantro mini wontons
  • 1 cup baby spinach or bok choy
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Pour chicken broth and water into the rice cooker pot. Close the lid and press the Soup function.
  2. Once the broth starts to simmer, open the lid and add frozen chicken cilantro wontons. Cook for about 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
  3. Add bok choy and soy sauce. Continue cooking until the vegetables are tender and wontons are fully heated through.
  4. Stir in sesame oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. Ladle the soup into bowls, top with sliced green onions, and enjoy hot!
