Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups milk (whole milk recommended)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup your favorite cereal (e.g., Fruity Pebbles, Cornflakes)
  • Extra cereal for topping (optional)

Directions

  1. Soak cereal in milk for 1 hour to infuse the flavor. After soaking, strain out the softened cereal and discard. Keep the flavored milk.
  2. In a pot-style rice cooker, add the infused milk and mini marshmallows. Use the “Keep Warm”  setting to gently melt the marshmallows, stirring constantly until smooth and fully dissolved. Do not let it boil.
  3. Pour the mixture into small cups or ramekins.
  4. Let cool slightly, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set with a soft, creamy texture.
  5. Top with extra cereal before serving. Enjoy!
